Twenty-Five Minutes Straight

This morning's run was twenty-five minutes.  (Twenty!-five!-minutes!)    Progress!

Thank you both. This is the farthest/longest I've ever run too. 'So exciting--and so interesting to watch what happens from week to week progress-wise. It fascinates me that the body adapts and learns like this. Those first runs that were 90 seconds long left me breathless and discouraged at the end of June, after all. Wow! :)

Thank you, di. 'Looking forward to cooler temperatures. Today's run and Tuesday's were both brutal. 'Only managed 18 minutes Tuesday and 10 minutes today--and I was aiming for 25 with both runs. If I get out by 6 am Saturday, maybe that'll be better.
