Mmmmm, those pies look scrumptious Val! I have 1 slice of pumpkin left, hubby and I will split that tonight :) I wait to add the 2 eggs to the filling until last, that way I can taste/test after adding spices and yet....I somehow must have sprinkled in a few too many shakes of something because my pie wasn't as good as usual. I like it to have a more subtle flavor, more nutmeg-less cloves. I will just have to make another one sooner than later to get that "just right" mix of spices :) tfs your beautiful culinary works of art with us.

hank you, Monique, Jenny, and Nellie. :)

And Jenny, yes, you must make another soon. :) Anything with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves can be a tricky balance, I think. Enjoy your next attempt! :)

Your right Val, those spices can be "too much" so finding the "just right" amounts is my mission! :) like Goldilocks... haha Maybe you would like to share your yummy looking pie recipes...? ;)
